How will this affect me and my users?
The old URLs will continue to work, so we expect a seamless experience for your users.
When you go to the old URL, you will be automatically directed to the new ones.
There are subdomains of services.softwareone.com, such as portal.softwareone.com which are used across our platform.
We do recommend you update your favorites to services.softwareone.com.
Help, the portal is now showing a blank page for me!
We have seen some browser extensions causing issues, for example:

Does this affect my Enterprise Federation logins?
No.
Enterprise Federation logins will not be affected. Our underlying identity provider system remains the same, at the same URL.
How long will the old URLs work for?
The old URLs will continue to work until further notice.

I see portal.services.softareone.com, what’s that?
Our platform is hosted at services.softwareone.com and we have multiple systems there.
When you go to services.softwareone.com we fwd you to portal.services.softwareone.com which is our entry point.
Sometimes we will add additional domains to that core domain of services.softwareone.com, but it should all be transparent and seamless for you.
