The new SoftwareOne Services Portal (portal.softwareone.cloud) does not use the traditional ‘*@softwareone.support’ user IDs that you have used in the past.
To login, use single sign-on using your Microsoft or Google ID or register an account using your work email address.

To ensure a smooth transition, we are providing ample time for you to adjust. The support portal will remain operational until September 3rd, 2025. During this period, you can continue to access all existing functionalities and services.
