In the Governance and Compliance Service applies Governance and Compliance Standards to monitor configuration changes across supported cloud resources. If a configuration change violates any of the Governance and Compliance Standards implemented an alert will be reported to the Customer.
This service provides visibility into compliance status, enabling organizations to demonstrate adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards through comprehensive audit trails and reports.
The SoftwareOne Cloud Management Portal provides a report detailing non-compliance and trends over time.
Customers with an active Maintenance and Change Management subscription may request changes to the configuration at any time by raising a Service Request.
