Any operating system or database version that ceases to be supported by its vendor or by the Cloud Provider during the term will be supported on a reasonable endeavors basis only.
Also, they are out of scope if:

You alter an operating system or database in a way that affects SoftwareOne’s ability to deploy management agents, or for the agents to operate in their normal manner.
