I don't receive a password reset email
If you’re using Single Sign On to access the SoftwareOne Services Portal then we do not manage your password, you can just use your company credentials.
When you request a password reset, if you don’t receive a reset email, it may be because SoftwareOne don’t manage your password, i.e. you have used Single Sign On to access the portal.
You can simply try to use Single Sign On again by going to https://portal.softwareone.cloud and choosing to :
Continue with my Google ID
or
Continue with my Microsoft ID
These two options are shown below.
Single Sign On allows you to use your workplace identity, and the password that is associated with that identity, to sign into the Services Portal
