How to.. Reset your MFA device

If you’re using Single Sign On to access the SoftwareOne Services Portal then we do not manage your MFA device, you must change your MFA using your workplace’s preferred method.

If you have Registered a username and password with the Services Portal, then please Contact Support to ask us to reset your MFA device.

Our support team will reset your device and next time you login you will be prompted to setup a new multi-factor authentication.

We recommend deleting your old authentication account before setting up a new one.
