"Email address not found" error page
When signing into the Services portal, if you are presented with the following “Email address not found” error page, it is likely because you’re using Microsoft Single Sign On, but your workplace Identity Provider is not passing us your email address correctly.

When using Single Sign On, the Services Portal must:
Be given the necessary access to your workplace identity provider to request your the content of your email address field in EntraID. For more information: Microsoft Authentication Application details
Your email address, as shown in your email address field should align to the email address we have registered for you.
Please contact your Workplaces IT support / EntraID admin to request that the access be given and the email address field populated.
