Service Overview
This Services Catalog contains the detailed description of SoftwareOne Momentum Services – as may be amended from time to time – by SoftwareOne.
The Data Processing Agreement available here, shall apply with respect to the Services described in this Services Catalog when applicable data protection law requires a DPA to the use of SoftwareONE’s Services.
SoftwareOne Momentum is bundle of Spot Check services that aim to assist customers in optimizing their IT spending, reducing risk, and increasing productivity. Each Spot Check is a self-contained, mini-service with its own consultant team, service schedule, and final deliverables. When purchased through Momentum, customers get multiple Spot Checks at a discounted price.

Microsoft 365 Cost - Spot Check
Service Description
Cost optimization services for Microsoft 365.
Service Onboarding
In order for Customer to receive this Spot Check service, customer must be onboarded to SoftwareOne’s Cloud Cost Control (CCC) tool. Following the signature of the Services Contract, representatives from SoftwareOne will:

work with the Customer on the onboarding activities.

provide the Customer with an overview of the administrative access framework, tools, accounts and security controls required to consume the Service.

declare, with agreement from the Customer, a Service Commencement Date, when the service goes live, and the Customer may begin to consume the Service.

Acceptance of connections by the Customer’s environment (M365) to allow SoftwareOne access to the Customer’s tenant for the purpose of providing services.

Cloud Cost - Spot Check

Definitions of Key Terms
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this Service Catalog shall have the meanings set out in the Services Contract.

"Measurement Period” means a calendar month.

“Response” means the initial response by SoftwareOne to an Incident or Service Request raised by Customer.
-
“Response Time” means the elapsed time between an Incident log or a Service Request being received by SoftwareOne and the initial Response by SoftwareOne to that Incident or Service Request (as the case may be), excluding any Clock Stop time.
-
“Resolution” or “Resolve” means normal operation has been restored by a workaround or a permanent fix and the Incident status has been set to resolved by SoftwareOne.

“Service Support” means the services described in Section 3 of this Services Catalog.
