GDAP Notice of Expiry

Why am I getting this email?

A GDAP relationship is time bound and will expire at the agreed date. This is a security feature to ensure that any unnecessary administrative privileges are eventually removed.

When the relationship expires the administrators of the Microsoft Tenant are notified through a branded email notification. The email is sent from microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com.

This is expected behavior and marks the end of the GDAP Lifecycle. Further information about expiring GDAP relationships can be found here : Expiration of GDAP relationships - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn

What should I do about it ?

It is possible that another GDAP relationship is in place with SoftwareOne that allows ongoing access to provide support services. If so - then no action is required.

Please review and confirm if such a relationship exists.

You can view the list of current Partner Relationships in the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.

From Home navigate to Settings → Partner Relationships to review the list of approved GDAP relationships.

If there are no other active GDAP relationships from SoftwareOne (SWO) then please request a GDAP Relationship by raising a support request. A new GDAP request will be generated for you and must be accepted by a Global Administrator in your organization.

For information about GDAP please read GDAP Explained.
