Availability

Customers who have purchased one of the following services with SoftwareOne are entitled to the platform and can access it via the SoftwareOne Services Portal.

  • Unified Support for 365 Advanced

  • Unified Support for 365 Premium

  • Digital Workplace Essentials with Service Success Manager Add-on

  • Client Portal (formerly PyraCloud) Full Platform

  • 365 Analytics Stand-Alone

The customers can access the tool directly through https://365analytics.softwareone.com or through the SoftwareOne Services Portal.

Access Issues

If you have purchased one of the services mentioned in the Availability section, but are having issues with logging in, simply open a new request via your Subscription in the SoftwareOne Services Portal, or by following any of the supported support channels of your service.
