Maintenance and Change Management
The Maintenance and Change Management service is 12-month subscription and is by default charged in combination with the implementation. The following services are only available to Customers with an active Maintenance and Change Management subscription.
The Maintenance and Change Management service provides continuous improvement of your AWS Landing Zone through regular bug fixes, upgrades, and customer requested configuration change management. This service provides a comprehensive approach to maintaining the integrity, security, and performance of your Landing Zone setup.
Bug Fixes: SoftwareOne will identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any bugs or errors within the AWS Landing Zone environment. These bug fixes will be prioritized based on the severity and impact on the Customer’s operations.
Updates: SoftwareOne will apply updates to the AWS Landing Zone environment, including but not limited to security patches, feature enhancements, and performance improvements. Updates will be scheduled and applied in a manner that minimizes disruption to the Customer’s operations.
Customer-Requested Configuration Changes: SoftwareOne will implement configuration changes as requested by Customer. Customer can request the configuration changes listed in the In-Scope Change Catalog.
