Infrastructure Monitoring
The Infrastructure Monitoring Service module offers monitoring capabilities to monitor the availability, performance, and security of Customer’s cloud resources. It provides real-time insights into the health and status of AWS infrastructure components, including compute instances, storage, networking, and databases.
This Service module includes configuration of alerts thresholds for supported resources. Infrastructure Monitoring enables organizations to proactively identify and address issues before they impact operations, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime. This service supports compliance with regulatory requirements by providing audit trails and evidence of infrastructure health and security measures.
SoftwareOne deploys monitoring agents and the default baseline configuration of alert thresholds as defined in the Service Design agreed during onboarding.
The SoftwareOne Cloud Management Portal provides reports of monitoring compliance coverage.
Customers with an active Maintenance and Change Management subscription may request changes to the baseline configuration at any time by raising a Service Request.
