Assumptions

  • SoftwareOne will provide access to the Cloud Management Portal to up to five (5) nominated Customer Authorized Contacts.
    All SoftwareOne Services are delivered remotely.
    Review documents submitted by the SoftwareOne for Customer’s acceptance. Customer can reject the documents by providing SoftwareOne with a written explanation for rejection no later than 3 business days from the documents’ submission. If the documents have not been rejected within the above deadline, they are deemed to be approved and accepted by Customer.
