This guide details the concepts and procedures for SoftwareOne’s Backup and Data Recovery Services service with additional information which may be used to enhance your experience of the service.

SoftwareOne's Backup and Data Recovery Services solution offers deep protection of your systems through industry leading technologies supplied as a comprehensive set of managed services covering:

• Saas Application Workloads - including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Salesforce and Entra ID

• Non-SaaS workloads: Endpoint protection for Desktop devices operating Windows 10/11, Linux or MacOS

• Cloud workloads: Virtual Machines, Kubernetes, Database, File and Object services running on hyperscalef provider platforms

• Security Services - Including Threatwise

• Additional Storage - providing various storage configuration options for the data protection services including primary and secondary tier options and archive depending on the workloads under protection.

There is also a legacy service based on Commvault Commserve architecture which is now not available for sale to new clients but is documented here under the legacy section for reference. This service covers a hybrid on premise and limited hyperscaler provider platform workloads
